We are saddened by the passing of the late Mr. Bernard Chen, former Minister of State for Defence, Singapore, and one of the key contributors of PAVD. He passed away on April 8, at 73. We would like to convey our deepest sympathy to Mr. Chen’’s family and friends. May Mr. Chen rest in peace and we will miss him always.
